Sky Force Movie Review, Budget & Rating :

Directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Anil Kapoor, ‘Sky Force‘ stars Akshay Kumar, Nimrat Kaur, Veer Pahadia, Sara Ali Khan along with Sharad Kelkar, Mohit Chauhan and Manish Choudhary in lead roles.

The story of the Air Battle action drama film is based on India’s attack on Pakistan’s Sargodha airbase in the 1965 Indo-Pakistan air war, which was India’s first air strike. Read the review of the Sky Force film released on 24 January.

Sky Force Movie is based on the 1965 war between India and Pakistan in which a squadron leader goes missing. This was Squadron Leader Ajjamada B. Devaiah, who is played by Veer Pahadiya on screen.

The film begins with a flashback and starting with the war of 1971. this film is based on story is martyr AB Devaiya, but his story is rarely seen in the film.

In starting seen when a Pakistani pilot (Sharad Kelkar) is captured by the Indians army. Being a Pakistani , indians are not doing him insult, but give respect as given as to a soldier.

While interrogating this Pakistani soldier, Ahuja gets information about his Indian pilot who went missing in 1965 and then the film moves in that direction.

The beginning of the film is slow, but when the air strike scenes come, the film picks up speed. After Interval when T Vijaya’s missing track comes out , you dives into the feelings of Country love

The surprise of sky force is that the film is not an action thriller but a suspense thriller, a mind-blowing story that no one expected and this is where the film shines.

The angle of India vs Pakistan is very old, we have all seen it many times, I agree with you but the director has found something in the same angle which no one has ever told us.

60 years back in 1965, there was an air war going on between India and Pakistan. 8 Indian airplanes entered Pakistan and destroyed their most expensive airbase. But Indians were unaware of the fact that while returning to India, death was chasing them at a speed of 1000 kmph.

Such a special aircraft with technology like no other in the world and its control is in the hands of a Pakistani pilot, but then suddenly from among the clouds an Indian plane appears behind that Pakistani plane, there were only 8 Indian planes in the air so where did this 9th plane suddenly come from?

To tell you the truth, you might not be enjoying reading it that much but the way the story of the film was presented as a suspense thriller, it literally blew your mind away.

When people go to watch a film produced by Meddock Films, they get a new experience like the recently released Stree 2, but even in this old story of India and Pakistan, they have shown something new.

Akshay Kumar played his character well, he was not loud, it was the best thing. who is considered as the superstar of patriotic films, has made a good comeback after consecutive flops. He does full justice to his role in the film.

Veer Paharia has started his film journey with full confidence, showed that he is a long race horse. He played his role in the first film with full intensity. but he has not got much footage in the film.

Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur had nothing to do, but Sara Ali Khan impresses every chance she gets. Sharad Kelkar, Manish Chaudhary, Varun Badola are capable actors and leave a mark in their respective roles.

Those who are fond of watching films based on patriotism can definitely watch this film once. An excerpt from AB Devaiya’s inspirational story can also be seen in it.

• 1st Star – For Akshay Kumar’s best performance and comeback 
• 2nd Star – The second part of the film is unexpected and unpredictable
• 3rd Star – The air force language was not complicated too much, the story was explained in simple words, a dictionary is not needed
• 3 1/2 Star – The film ending song sung by the legend Lata Mangeshkar ji, which covers up all the other bad things in the film

Negative Points :-

• 1st Star – The film which is giving you goosebumps but while watching the film it is not matching with the actor
• 1 1/2 Star – The aerial action scenes seem to be Look As seen before which Fighter movie has done better than this.
